Our villa is a brand new, luxury designed villa just 5 km. Drive from the sea in the Kalkan area. Minutes drive away and the fabulous beach at Patara just a few minutes more.This area particularly will appeal to couples or a teenager wanting privacy. The main entrance is on the floor above, with the sitting room, dining room and kitchen all opening onto a large terrace surrounding the 8.50m X 4.50m, Dept. Is 1.60m swimming pool. A spacious living room with an open kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the ground floor. Another living room with an open kitchenette, two further bedrooms and another bathroom are located in the first floor.
